Fulfillment & Shipping Update: M416, M17 & HOUYI3 (By Region)

Thank you for your patience and support. This post is our single source of truth for the latest fulfillment timelines for M416, M17, and HOUYI3. We’ll keep it updated as vessel schedules and warehouse receiving progress are confirmed.

1) Key Notes (Please Read First)

• M416 and M17 are already in the delivery pipeline, and some orders have been delivered and signed for.
• Tracking updates post in batches once parcels are handed to the local carrier.
• M17 with Tactical Kit may ship later or in more than one parcel due to stock and/or size limits (see region details below).

2) Orders Placed On/Before Feb 9 (By Destination)

2.1 United States (US)

M416 — Delivering Now

• Vessel: OOCL VIOLET / 007E (Departed Jan 30 · Arrived LA Feb 15)
• Status: Out for delivery — some orders have already been delivered and signed for.

M17 — Dispatch Window Set

• Vessel: OOCL ROTTERDAM / 161E
• Customs clearance: Feb 25
• Dispatch window: Feb 27 – Mar 3
• Note: M17 + Tactical Kit is expected to start shipping mid-March.

HOUYI3 — Production → Shipping

• Production completes: early March
• Ocean shipping begins: mid-March
• Typical transit to US warehouse (incl. port handling, clearance & stocking): ~19–25 days
• Estimated delivery window (US): Apr 8 – Apr 16

2.2 European Union + Switzerland (EU/CH)

M416 + M17 — Upgraded to Air Freight (via Germany Warehouse)

We missed the last pre–Lunar New Year ocean freight departure to Germany, which caused a delay — we’re sorry. To make up time, this batch is being shipped by air freight to our Germany warehouse for dispatch.

• Booking confirmed: Feb 25
• Air shipment starts: around Mar 2
• Arrives Germany warehouse: around Mar 12
• Dispatch begins: as soon as inventory is checked in (priority processing requested)

Important note: Due to limited stock, M17 orders with the Tactical Kit will move to the next shipment batch. Thank you for your patience.

HOUYI3 — Estimated EU/CH Timeline (via Germany Warehouse)

• Production completes: early March
• Ocean shipping begins: mid-March
• Sea freight to Germany warehouse (incl. port handling, clearance & stocking): ~37–40 days
• Estimated dispatch start: late April
• Estimated delivery window (EU/CH): late April – early May

2.3 United Kingdom (UK)

To ensure smooth customs clearance and reliable delivery, we are setting up a local UK warehouse. This batch will ship by ocean freight to the UK warehouse first, and dispatch will begin once inventory is stocked and ready.

• Included in this UK batch: M416 / M17 / HOUYI3 (shipped together as one coordinated batch)
• VAT covered: UK VAT for this batch will be covered by us as a thank-you to early supporters
• Estimated departure: mid-March (vessel schedule to be confirmed)

2.4 Canada (CA)

To ensure smooth customs clearance and reliable delivery, we are setting up a local Canada warehouse. This batch will ship by ocean freight to the Canada warehouse first, and dispatch will begin once inventory is stocked and ready.

• Included in this Canada batch: M416 / M17 / HOUYI3 (shipped together as one coordinated batch)
• Tax covered: Canada’s additional 13% consumption tax for this batch will be covered by us as a thank-you to early supporters
• Estimated departure: mid-March (vessel schedule to be confirmed)

2.5 Other Regions (Outside US / EU+CH / UK / Canada)

M416 + M17

• Orders are shipping in order; some have already been delivered.
• M17 + Tactical Kit may ship as two parcels due to size limits.
• In some countries, M416 is temporarily restricted because the package is extra long. We’re working with carriers to confirm available routes and will update as soon as it’s cleared.

HOUYI3

• Production completes: early March
• Dispatch begins: mid-March (by region/batch)

3) Orders Placed After Feb 9 (Global Notice)

Orders placed after Feb 9 (M416 / M17 / HOUYI3) will ship from the next production batch. Estimated dispatch starts around Mar 15. Regional delivery timing will vary by destination and route, and we’ll post updated ETAs once vessel schedules are confirmed.
