Production & Batch Fulfillment

All crowdfunding pre-orders are fulfilled in structured production batches, based on purchase sequence and batch allocation.

Orders enter production according to their assigned batch and are shipped once manufacturing for that batch is completed.

We are pleased to confirm that Batch 1–3 production has been completed.

The goods have been transferred to our international freight forwarder, and shipment scheduling is currently in progress.

Sea Freight Tracking Notice

For sea freight shipments, please note that tracking updates are typically unavailable during ocean transit.

It is normal for there to be no visible tracking activity while the cargo is at sea.

Tracking information will begin updating once the shipment arrives in the destination country and enters local delivery processing.
